COVID-19

As we continue to live with the COVID-19 situation, I wanted to update you with what we’re doing here at AT&T(GB)Ltd in response to the latest Government announcements whilst ensuring we continue to provide you with the best possible service levels and be a responsible employer.

Our commitment to support key workers in the electrical sector remains unchanged. We are fully operational; however, we have implemented revised working practices in line with current Government guidance and will continue to defer to this advice and amend our operations as and when instructed to do so. We are monitoring advice from the Government and the World Health Organisation and reviewing our plans daily.

Precautions

We understand that you want to protect the welfare of your colleagues and family by reducing your physical contact with people, so we have undertaken the following precautions.

  • Our Sales Teams are available by phone to support you from 7:30 a.m to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
  • Our Trade Counters are also open again to physical visitors. Opening hours are as stated above
  • Our Trade Counters have implemented strict safeguarding measures to ensure social distancing. We have also positioned hand sanitizer stations at entrances
  • All visitors to our premises are required to wear a face mask
  • We have introduced a call and collect service for our account customers. Orders can be collected from our Trade Counters
  • Our Brentford branch also now offers an out of hours collection service to our account customers
  • For everyone’s safety we are keeping our branch staff to a minimum and wherever possible have enabled colleagues to work from home

For your assurance

  • Our stock holdings are high and we maintain over 15,000 product lines available at any time
  • Our 74,000 sq/ft of warehousing are fully operational
  • All our main delivery service options are available; next day twice-daily, pre 9: 30a.m, same-day and timed delivery services are all operating. Our courier service is also fully functional.
  • Our Heathrow airside delivery service remains temporarily suspended

Life and business continue to be tough for us all as we strive to overcome the daily challenges of the ‘new normal’ and coping with this awful virus. The AT&T(GB)Ltd culture of a ‘can-do’ attitude is thriving and I pay tribute to my work colleagues for their efforts of going above and beyond to ensure our customers are kept supplied. Thank you also to our suppliers for their continued hard work. And above all thank you, our customers, for your continued support.
