Our London Brentford Trade Counter is open 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday where a warm welcome awaits all our visitors. Our friendly staff have a wealth of product knowledge, usually acquired over many years of experience. Expert guidance and information is available if required, backed up by 15,000 products held in stock for immediate collection.

Special product orders are no problem either; with direct relationships with the major brands in the industry, we can source virtually any requirement you may have. A range of products is always on display and available for evaluation and discussion. A regular feature in our Trade Counters are Manufacturer Days where you can meet with product experts, see new products demonstrated and stay up to date with the latest industry developments.

We know that being flexible and able to respond quickly is key to supporting your business. Our delivery drivers are a vital link in ensuring you get your orders when and where they’re needed. We also know having our own staff hand over a delivery ensures it gets to the right person. All our deliveries are tracked and live updates are available via a simple phone call.

With our own fleet of vehicles we can make twice daily deliveries and within the M25 a same-day delivery option too. We offer a versatile delivery system including timed, same day and standard next day deliveries. We also have an out of hours team to deliver to those sites not accessible in normal working hours. AT&T are also unique in having security clearance for London’s Heathrow Airport enabling us to deliver to contractors working Airside

We know that often supplies will need to be onsite early to ensure contractors have everything they need at hand ready to start the job as soon as they arrive. Using our pre 9:30 a.m delivery service ensures time isn’t wasted waiting for a courier to deliver. We also know that sometimes work can only be undertaken out of normal working hours. Which is why we can make deliveries around the clock to suit whatever time works best for your business.

same-day

We know that often the pace of a project is unpredictable meaning that it is hard to predict when you will need your electrical products. Using our same day delivery service ensures that goods arrive on site the same day giving you the ultimate flexibility when ordering your electrical supplies. We offer a same day service to ALL postcodes within M25 area – orders have to be placed before 11.30am.  To see our same day delivery map please click here.

Need to make sure that your delivery arrives at a specific time? Our Timed Delivery option gives you the ability to make sure your goods arrive at the time you need them, meaning you can focus on the job in hand and not what time your delivery will arrive.
