Mountains, 6 people, 54 miles, 24 hours. Fundraising for charity doesn’t come any harder than this.

In the week when we commemorate 75 years since the D-Day landings and the ultimate sacrifice many thousands of serviceman made,  this weekend our own Stephen Khan will be competing in the Cateran Yomp battling through 54 miles in 24 hours across the rugged terrain of the Cairngorm Mountains to raise funds for ABF – The Soldiers’ Charity.

The ABF give a lifetime of support to soldiers and veterans from the British Army, and their immediate families, when they are in need. They make grants to individuals through their Regiments and Corps and support a wide range of specialist charities that sustain the British Army ‘family’, both at home and around the world.

ABF take pride in being responsive, making a difference at a critical point in people’s lives. Since 1944 they have been working with veterans of every conflict, and envisage continuing doing so for the ‘long haul’ – supporting all future generations of our soldiers and their dependants.

Please do something wonderful today and help Stephen raise funds for ABF to continue their great work in supporting our veterans.
